Naperville, IL. Contruent, a leading provider of lifecycle cost management solutions for capital projects and megaprojects, today announced the appointment of Jason Rupert as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Rupert, whose appointment follows The Riverside Company’s strategic investment in Contruent in 2025, is a seasoned software and revenue executive with more than 25 years of experience leading growth, go-to-market strategy, and operational transformation across enterprise software and SaaS organizations.

“Jason joins Contruent at an exciting and pivotal moment as organizations increasingly look for connected, data-driven solutions to improve capital project performance,” said Brian Sauer, Senior Partner at The Riverside Company. “He brings a strong track record of leading transformational growth, building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence across global SaaS organizations. Jason’s leadership style, strategic vision and customer-first mindset make him the ideal leader to guide Contruent through its next phase of growth and innovation.”

Most recently, Rupert served as Chief Revenue Officer at Revalize, where he led the company’s go-to-market strategy and functions, in addition to global revenue. He previously held leadership positions at Pushpay, Symplr, FIS/Worldpay, NCR Corporation, Digital Insight and Intuit, bringing deep expertise in SaaS, enterprise software, revenue leadership, sales execution and customer engagement.

“I’m excited to join Contruent and partner with The Riverside Company as we build on the company’s strong foundation and momentum in the market,” said Rupert. “Contruent has a long history of helping organizations manage complex capital projects more effectively, and I see a tremendous opportunity to continue strengthening our platform, supporting our customers and expanding the value we deliver across the project lifecycle.”

Rupert’s appointment comes as organizations across the infrastructure, energy, mining and industrial sectors continue to increase investments in digital project controls and lifecycle cost management solutions to improve project certainty, reduce risk and drive better capital project outcomes.
