ARES PRISM Adds Kurt Kauper as Chief Revenue Officer

NAPERVILLE, IL: ARES PRISM, the SaaS company that develops industry-leading project controls software solutions, which enable owners and EPCs to build mega-construction projects with greater precision and speed, today announced the hiring of Kurt Kauper as Chief Revenue Officer.

Kauper joins the team with years of sales experience, including serving as a sales leader at Oracle’s Construction Engineering practice, where he focused on the growth of their enterprise portfolio management software. Most recently, Kauper served as Regional Vice President at MobileIron, a U.S. software company providing unified endpoint and enterprise mobility management for mobile devices.

Extensive experience in software and project portfolio management

Kauper is one of ARES PRISM CEO Ryan Kubacki’s first strategic hires since Kubacki ascended to the top post in November 2021. In his role, Kauper will oversee ARES PRISM’s global sales team across North America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

“I’ve known Kurt for years and am thrilled to bring him on board to lead our sales organization,” said Kubacki. “Kurt’s extensive experience in the software industry—and in marketing and leadership roles—makes him ideally suited to build, lead and inspire sales teams that are totally focused on helping customers and their organizations succeed.”

Kauper has served in high-growth technology leadership posts for two decades. His experience as a sales leader for Oracle and Unifier gives him deep sector expertise in the software and enterprise project portfolio management industry.

Building out his team

Kauper has also tapped longtime colleague and industry veteran, Rob Toner, as Director of Sales for North America. “I wanted to hit the ground running at ARES PRISM with a strong, experienced team,” said Kauper. “Rob is a remarkable software sales leader, and his energy and expertise will accelerate the work of our North American sales organization.” Toner previously served as an Account Director at industrial software developer Hexagon PPM. Kauper and Toner will work out of the company’s headquarter offices in Naperville, Illinois.
