Karl’s decades of global experience helping customers improve their project controls processes and successfully adopt new software systems make him an effective Chief Customer Officer for Contruent.  Karl’s mega-project successes span the globe and multiple industries, including Rail & Ports, Highways, Mining, Commercial Power, and Oil & Gas.  Passionate about global business, Karl started his journey at The George Washington University, where he was a Wolcott Fellow while earning an MBA in International Business and an MA in International Trade and Investment.  At Contruent, Karl and his team ensure that owner/operators and EPCs are able to achieve their desired business outcomes after successful project implementations.

Rob Stockwell

General Manager, Project Management Office, Hong kong, Mass Transit Railway Corporation

Robert Stockwell is General Manager of the Project Management Office at MTR in Hong Kong, responsible for programme, cost and performance, risk, digital capabilities and reporting across the corporation’s capital works portfolio. He has extensive programme and project controls experience on major infrastructure and rail projects in the UK and Hong Kong, including serving as Director of Programme Controls at Bazalgette Tunnel Limited where he established and led the integrated PMO for the Thames Tideway Tunnel. He holds a BSc in Property Studies and is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) with the Association for Project Management, and has advised both UK and Hong Kong government bodies on integrated project controls.

Neil Burlison

Neil Burlison

General Manager, APAC, Contruent

Neil Burlison is General Manager for Contruent in the Asia Pacific region, where he helps owners and contractors deliver complex capital projects with stronger cost controls and better data-driven decisions. He brings more than 30 years of experience in global energy and infrastructure, including senior finance and leadership roles as CFO at Inland Rail, Head of Finance at Origin Energy and earlier positions with BP. Known for guiding large, capital-intensive programs through periods of transformation, Neil combines deep commercial insight with practical project controls expertise. He holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Accountants (FCMA).
