With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Ryan has seen just about everything in the construction industry. Starting his career on the construction site, overseeing massive energy and oil and gas projects across Canada, Ryan gained firsthand experience in project management and project development in the field.
For the last 7 years, Ryan has worked in product management, helping organizations bring megaprojects to life by effectively utilizing technology. Working with clients across industries, Ryan is an expert in translating the needs of organizations involved in cross-industry megaprojects into innovative product strategies that deliver real value. Today, Ryan leads the Contruent product strategy and collaborates with clients globally. Ryan is a leader in the construction technology space and is always eager to share his experiences with others.
Sarah Albee
SR. PRODUCT MANAGER
With 20+ years of experience in SaaS and web development, Sarah Albee is a recognized expert in ProcureWare. She specializes in product management, implementation, and training, with deep technical and customer-facing expertise.
Sarah has helped organizations across industries streamline procurement processes, improve user experience, and integrate with third-party systems. Known for exceeding expectations, she translates complex needs into intuitive solutions.

Joe Kolassa
SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER
Joe is a software and data engineer with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Starting in technical support, Joe developed a passion for using data to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions.
With a background in economics, he brings a unique mix of analytical thinking and hands-on development skills. Joe works extensively with relational databases like SQL and Microsoft Dataverse and thrives in agile development environments.
At Contruent, Joe plays a key role in evolving the ProcureWare platform by using data and user feedback to support continuous innovation and improve the procurement experience.
